Shell was launching a brand new fuel category that would essentially be replacing the decade-old “Formula 95 & 98”. What would celebrate this launch in a manner like no other? In true blue Singaporean fashion, drivers reacted manically, causing some of the longest suburban traffic jams Singapore has ever seen. The wait was well worth it though – breakthrough Shell FuelSave at just $1 per litre.
